Define your goals
1 - 2 weeks
We don’t just mean quantitative metrics. We want to truly understand you and your life goals. Do you want to lean in and grow aggressively? Or are looking to take a step back? Once we understand where you’re wanting to take the business, we translate them into financial and operational objectives for the business.
Analyze the business
2 - 4 weeks
Once we’ve developed your goals, we’ll start by taking a look at the business as it exists right now. That means diving into your financials to understand where we can improve. We’ll break down revenues and costs into their component parts, and examine how the business is performing in each segment. From there, we’ll establish a holistic understanding of the business, and identify the opportunities that are ripe for the picking.
Develop a strategic plan
2 - 4 weeks
Next, we’ll bring together your financial goals and business opportunities by developing strategies across business domains: growth, pricing, operations, positioning, cost-cutting. We’ll go over the steps to implement and track the results over time.
We’ll work together over time to help implement and monitor progress against the goals we set.
